I. Some Definitions:
The terms "we" and "us" refer to Fontera (Pty) Ltd., or any successor or assignee of Fontera, Inc. The terms "you" and "user" refer to all individuals visiting the Website (defined below) including paying subscribers (the "Subscribers"). The term "Subscription" refers to a paid subscription to use the Website. The term "Website" refers to the website and mobile internet site with the URL: www.BulkTXT.com. The term "Services" refers to any services that may be provided through the Website including, but not limited to, the right to participate in promotions, including reverse auctions, and upload and download "Content," as defined below. The software and content, developed by us and/or our suppliers, that is available for download to Subscribers' computers and mobile phones is referred to herein as the "Company Content." The software and content, uploaded by Subscribers, that is available for download to other Subscribers' computers and/or mobile phones is referred to herein as the "Subscriber Content." Company and Subscriber Content is referred to together herein as the "Content."
II. Categories of Information We Collect:
A. Information You Provide to Us: When you subscribe to our Services, order a product, upload or download content, participate in a questionnaire, participate in a promotion, communicate with customer service or send us an email, you provide us with information that we collect. We do our best not to accept data from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age as our policy is not to allow individuals who are under eighteen (18) years of age to become Subscribers.
V. Third Parties:
You are able to link to other websites from our Website. Please note that we have no control over what operators of third party websites linked from our Website may do with your information and our Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Additionally, when you make your information available on the Website, in chat rooms, in content postings or otherwise, third parties, who are not subject to our Privacy Policy, will have access to your information.

Any changes in our Privacy Policy will be posted to this Website and will become effective as of the date of posting with respect to information we then collect in the future, but will not be changed with respect to information that we have then already collected.
